Νίκος Βέννερ – Ιδιαίτερα Μαθήματα Πιάνου

Nikos Venner is a distinguished Greek-Austrian pianist, recognised for his exceptional artistic activity and notable achievements in both Greek and international music competitions.

He began his musical studies at the National Conservatory of Greece, graduating with a Piano Diploma with the Ηighest Distinction (Unanimous) and First Prize from the Conservatory of I. Syngelakis in 2018.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Honours) from the American College of Greece (ACG) – Deree and the Open University of the United Kingdom, where he deepened his piano studies under the internationally acclaimed pianist and pedagogue Dimitris Toufexis.

He graduated from ACG with the prestigious distinction of Magna cum Laude and received the Outstanding Senior Achievement Award in recognition of his exceptional artistic accomplishments.

He completed his postgraduate studies (Master in Music Performance) at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Royal Academy of Music & Drama), where he was awarded a scholarship by the A.G. Leventis Foundation.

He also completed the advanced course of studies at the Académie Schola Cantorum in Paris, under the internationally renowned piano professor Agathi Leimoni, obtaining the Diplôme Supérieur and the Diplôme de Virtuosité in recognition of his outstanding level of technical mastery and musical interpretation.

He has actively participated in masterclasses both in Greece and abroad with distinguished pianists and educators, including Dimitri Toufexis, Aquiles delle Vigne, Steven Osborne, Daniel Blumenthal, Raquel Boldorini, Lilia Boyadjieva, Michele Rossetti, Rafael Salinas, Borislava Taneva, Alexander Vassilenko, and Olga Kern, among others.

In Greece, he has distinguished himself at the National Piano Competition, winning the prizes in both 2013 and 2016 competitions, and at the National UNESCO Competition in 2018.

He has also distinguished himself in international competitions, including the “V Encontro Internacional de Piano de Sardoal” in Portugal (2nd Prize), the “ISCART Piano Competition” in Switzerland (2nd Prize), and the “International Moscow Competition” (2nd Prize).

In 2022, he was honoured by the Academy of Athens with the Award of the “Class of Literature and Fine Arts” – one of Greece’s most prestigious academic honours – in the category of Piano Performance, in recognition of his extraordinary artistic accomplishment and outstanding technical excellence.

His artistic activity includes performances at leading concert halls, arts venues and cultural institutions in Greece and abroad. Among his most notable appearances are the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), the Alternative Stage of the Greek National Opera, the Parnassos Literary Society, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow, the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, the Biblioteca Metropolitana in Bucharest, the St. Ann’s Church in Dublin, the famous St. James’s Church in London, the St. John’s church (historic cathedral church) in Chester, the Teatro Mazzacorati 1763 in Bologna, and the Schola Cantorum in Paris, among others.
